Secret Obama Letters Found by 2 GOP Senators, Send Obama Admin Into Panic Mode

The presidential administration that vowed to be the most transparent since the baptism of Nkuwu Nzinga has once again demonstrated that such vows mean nothing to it.

In addition to the secretive manner in which Secretary of State John Kerry conducted negotiations with the Islamic Republic of Iran over its nuclear program — in itself secretive — there was also the matter of secret “side deals” between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency.

And now, additional side deals, this time between President Barack Obama and the leaders of foreign governments, have also come to light.

Republican Sens. Marco Rubio and Mark Kirk have demanded that the Obama administration make public copies of letters from the administration to foreign governments that have already been disclosed to lawmakers.

The letters, penned to officials in China, France, Germany and the U.K., promised that companies that engage in business with Iran will not be penalized, even if Iran violates the terms of the nuclear accord.

Sanders closes gap with Clinton

Sanders within 18 percentage points of the former secretary of State

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., is closing the gap with Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton, according to a CNN poll released Wednesday.

The poll conducted Aug. 13-16 has Sanders within 18 percentage points of the former secretary of State in a race for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination. This is the narrowest margin of any poll to date.

An overall look at Sanders’ gains with likely Democratic primary voters have also outpaced Howard Dean’s polling performance in the 2004 race.

Until Sanders kicked off his campaign, Dean, a former Vermont governor, was the state’s most recent politician to make a serious bid for the U.S. presidency.

After a weak showing Jan. 19, 2004, at the Iowa caucuses, Dean floundered in subsequent primaries and eventually lost the nomination to John Kerry.

Nashville hotel cancels reservations for white supremacist organization's weekend event

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A Nashville hotel has canceled reservations for a white supremacist organization this weekend.

Guesthouse Inn director of sales Michelle Jameson told The Tennessean (http://tnne.ws/1K9g2Qh ) the hotel made the decision three days ago after learning about the Council of Conservative Citizens.

Council board member Brad Griffin said the organization told its members not to go to Nashville this weekend. He said about 100 people had been expected for the event.

A manifesto purportedly written by Charleston, South Carolina, church shooting suspect Dylann Roof said he learned about black-on-white crime from the Council on Conservative Citizens' website.

Wisconsin High School To Randomly Drug Test Students

A wisconsin high school district has been caught up in controversy over a new policy to randomly drug test students, much like a prison would inmates.

The Crivitz school district will usher in the new policy in the fall, claiming that it is to “protect” students.

“We have a growing drug problem in Marinette County and in talking with the police force and talking with school administrators and other conference athletic directors, I just felt that as a school we could do something to try to deter students,” said athletic director and varsity football coach Jeff Dorschner.

Given that it is actually unconstitutional to randomly drug test students, the school district is using a loophole to do so.

Students taking part in extracurricular activities or students who park vehicles on school property will be subject to the random testing.

“Participating in extracurriculars, um in public high schools is a privilege and it’s not a right, as well as parking on our school parking lot,” Dorschner explained.

Tests will be conducted by randomly picking student identification numbers via computer every fortnight.

Gay Couples Are Eligible for Social Security Benefits, U.S. Decides

Same-sex married couples who were living in states that did not recognize their unions and who previously filed claims for Social Security benefits will be able to collect those payments, the government said on Thursday.

The Justice Department told lawyers for two plaintiffs seeking benefits that the Social Security Administration would apply the Supreme Court’s June ruling declaring that marriage is a constitutional right, Obergefell v. Hodges, retroactively. It would apply to individuals with pending claims who were married before the decision and living in states that did not recognize same-sex marriages.

Details were not yet available, and it is not clear when the Social Security Administration will enact the new policy. But the rules are expected to be applied to previously filed claims that are pending in the administrative process or litigation, according to Lambda Legal, a gay rights advocacy group that represented the plaintiffs. The Social Security Administration was not available for comment.

Proposed Montgomery Co. calendar guidelines cover religious absences

ROCKVILLE, Md.– Montgomery County school board members are working on a set of guidelines for their school calendar after controversy over the removal of religious names from school holidays.

“Montgomery County Public Schools close on Jewish and Christian holidays, even though they’re no longer stated as such on the calendar,” said Zainab Chaudry of the Council on American-Islamic Relations at a Board of Education meeting. “Schools are still closed on these holidays, but they’re not closed on Muslim holidays.”

The proposed school calendar guidelines would continue to avoid mentioning religion, but close schools on days when 15 percent of students and staff would likely be absent. Chaudry says that percentage effectively cements school closings on Jewish and Christian holidays, while excluding Muslim holidays and holidays celebrated by those of other faiths.

“The board felt that there was a need to clarify what our process is,” says County Schools Spokesman Dana Tofig. He says that school closings are an “operational decision” which is “separate from religious belief,” since too many absences at one time would be disruptive.

A Viewer Writes: Housing on The River

Unfortunately I went out of time just after your expose on who will actually live in the apartments on the River. I did not get a chance to put in my comments. I hope you got a whole lot of them. Apparently not very many artists are there.

Of course neither you nor I are surprised. Do you recall that "your friend"

Ms. Mitchell proposed that the failed condo's could be replaced by less expensive " artists apartments". She knew then what was going to happen. Absolutely disgraceful. What a waste of our money. I don't give them two years before they will look like the rest of Fitzwater St.

Columbia family wants to thank anonymous couple

COLUMBIA, Md. —A family wants to thank the anonymous couple who paid for their family's meal while they were celebrating a 60th birthday.

Sarah Kim and her family -- her mother, husband and three children ages 9, 4, and 2 -- were out celebrating her mom's 60th birthday with an intimate dinner at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Columbia around 8 p.m. Tuesday when they were surprised by an apparent random act of kindness.

"The anonymous couple were seated in a booth near our table. I'm guessing they overheard us talking about my mom's birthday with my server, Thomas," Kim said.

Kim said she thought the anonymous couple had an issue with their food or bill when she noticed two servers, including theirs, at the couple's table.

Drug-Resistant Lice Spreading Across the US

Here’s another reason not to want to go back to school.

Researchers say they have found what every parent fears before the start of the school year: mutated lice that may be resistant to common treatments. But experts are cautioning against a panic, saying these results are preliminary.

Kyong Yoon, an assistant professor at Southern Illinois University, and John Marshall Clark, director of the Massachusetts Pesticide Analysis Laboratory and professor at the University of Massachusetts, presented preliminary findings from their study on mutant lice at a meeting of the American Chemical Society (ACS) in Boston on Tuesday.

The team gathered lice samples from 30 states and found that 25 states had lice with genetic mutations called “knock-down resistance” mutations that have been known to help certain insects, including house flies, survive insecticides.

Ravens security director found not guilty in groping case

BALTIMORE (AP) — A jury on Thursday found the director of security for the Baltimore Ravens not guilty of charges that he groped a stadium worker after a game.

Darren Sanders was acquitted of second-degree assault and a fourth-degree sex offense stemming from accusations that he inappropriately touched a woman who works for a cleaning crew contracted with M&T Bank Stadium after a game in December.

The woman told jurors that Sanders appeared drunk and touched her buttocks multiple times despite her repeated requests that he stop. The Associated Press generally doesn’t identify alleged victims of sexual assault.

America-Our Stolen Country-Session 5

To America...Land That I Love
 August 19-2015

A major function of the Media is to keep America aware of how well our elected officials adhere to the Constitution. By concealing important news from the Public the Major Media betrayed our Country while pretending to be it's eyes and ears. Sentinals of Truth became saboteurs of Society. Hundreds of lawsuits from Caucasions, African-Americans, Hispanics and other plaintiffs challenging Obama's claim of "natural-born" American citizenship have been ignored by the Media; ads challenging his eligibility....rejected; hundreds of thousands who challenge him with e-mail petitions...ignored; reporters chastized for bringing up the issue. A CBS Nationwide advertising site subsidiary refused to lease any site to Worldnet Daily for electronic signposts which simply read Where's the Birth Certificate? CBS knew those four words pertained to Barack Obama's "claimed" eligibility and they didn't want America to know his eligibility was being challenged. A guilty conscience needs no accuser. When States began to consider requiring valid long-form "Certificates of Live Birth" of all Presidential aspirants, including Obama, for the 2012 election, he suddenly claimed that his missing long-form Certificate, a document which he, a former Constitutional teacher, had never mentioned as even existing, had been found. Remember, he deliberately used anineligible, fraudulent short-form "Certification of Live Birth" to justify his eligibility in 2008 (a criminal act) and continued to use it for three years, until he heard of the States (see above) considering the need of validlong-form birth certificates. No problem....just whip up another forgery!

Blind Allegiance Personified
When Obama claimed the Hawaiian Health Dept. had found his missing long-form "Certificate of Live Birth" in 2011,after three years of his never mentioning its existence, General Colin Powell (ret.) couldn't wait to tell South Carolina Univ. graduates that "he particularly enjoyed when Pres.Obama took out his long-form birth certificate and blew away Donald Trump and all the birthers" Pathetically the General didn't spend any time verifying the legitimacy of Obama's "find". His wish became father to his thought and he believed. In reality, what Obama took out was another "whipped up" fraudulent document, this time a long-form "Certificate of Live Birth". For those who may not be aware, General Powell's reference to "blowing away Donald Trump" was because Mr.Trump had previously offered Obama five million dollars(yes).in writing, which Obama could have used for many causes, including assisting minority students seeking educational advancement, if, in return, he would allow experts to examine this newly-found certificate to confirm it's legitimacy. This Obama couldn't allow and General Powell must have been aware that close scrutiny could lead to serious consequences! Obama never acknowledged Mr. Trump's initial offer, nor Colonel Terry Lakins request to furnish proof of his eligibility. So, when the "Birthers Summit" offered General Powell $15,000 to allow them 3 hours to challenge Obama's new certificate and then to hear the General's response, he simply followed Obama's examples by ignoring their offer. Too bad he didn't pass this information on to the School graduates he had earlier spoken to. They surely were not going to get it from the Major Media.

The previous silence of Obama had doomed Col.Lakin's faithful military career of 18 years. Now,Donald Trump's new offer of 50 million dollars(you read that right), an offer 10x greater that his previous one, would have sent 10x as many students to school but Obama's complete silence spoke volumes. Whenever his ineligibility was in danger of being exposed his silence and that of the Media would make a mummy seem like a chatterbox. Obama's "transparency" must be wearing an on-off switch, to be used as required.

Incidentally, General Powell had been accepting six-months of my writings on the eligibility issue (along with all others on my e-mail list) until he received one in which I mentioned Obama's 2011 fraudulent "find". Then, the General e-mailed me with instructions to remove him from my e-mail list Until then, he never challenged anything in my letters. Respectfully, I removed him from my list. He had chosen to blindly accept the words of a notorious deceiver, Barack Obama, and I feel sure that he never apologized to the School graduates he had misled.

It's too bad that the Major Media never notified the American Public of the absense of truth in Obama's Transparency. Whenever his counterfeit kingdom risked implosion, as it did after experts examining his newly-found long-form "Certificate of Live Birth" unanimously declared it "fraudulent" He then had all his records locked away from public scrutiny, realizing that exposure would have resulted in expulsion....his expulsion from the Office of Commander-in-Chief! to be continued

Street Performers Call New System ‘Badly Broken’; City Making Some Immediate Adjustments

OCEAN CITY – As the summer winds down, a list of what is not working for performers on the Boardwalk was voiced before the Mayor and City Council with officials assuring their concerns will be reviewed for possible change.

An ordinance on second reading to update language within the City Code regarding street performers came before the council on Monday evening.

On first reading, City Solicitor Guy Ayres explained the amendment is simply a “housekeeping measure” in updating the titles of city staff who have the power to issue citations, such as removing “cadets” and replacing it with “qualified police officers and employees authorized by the chief of police.”

At that time Mayor Rick Meehan took the opportunity to share what he had witnessed in observing the street performers the night before on the Boardwalk.

AP: 100s Of White House, Congress, Pentagon Employees Used Adultery Site On The Job

WASHINGTON (AP) — Hundreds of U.S. government employees — including some with sensitive jobs in the White House, Congress and law enforcement agencies — used Internet connections in their federal offices to access and pay membership fees to the cheating website Ashley Madison, The Associated Press has learned.

The AP traced many of the accounts exposed by hackers back to federal workers. They included at least two assistant U.S. attorneys; an information technology administrator in the Executive Office of the President; a division chief, an investigator and a trial attorney in the Justice Department; a government hacker at the Homeland Security Department and another DHS employee who indicated he worked on a U.S. counterterrorism response team.

Few actually paid for their services with their government email accounts. But AP traced their government Internet connections — logged by the website over five years — and reviewed their credit-card transactions to identify them. They included workers at more than two dozen Obama administration agencies, including the departments of State, Defense, Justice, Energy, Treasury, Transportation and Homeland Security. Others came from House or Senate computer networks.

Trump Shuts Down Reporter: I'll Use 'Anchor Baby'

Donald Trump got into a testy exchange with a reporter Wednesday night, saying that he would continue to use the term “anchor baby” regardless of whether some find it offensive.

The comments came during a press conference prior to a town hall event in Derry, New Hampshire. A reporter asked Trump whether his claim to have a “big heart” was consistent with using “anchor baby” to describe children of illegal immigrants.

“You said that you have a big heart, and that you’re not mean-spirited. Are you aware that the term ‘anchor baby,’ that’s an offensive term? People find that hurtful,” the reporter said.

“You mean it’s not politically correct, and yet everybody uses it?” Trump replied. “You know what? Give me a different term.”

The reporter proposed “the American-born childs [sic] of undocumented immigrants.”

Trump had none of it.

Hillary Clinton May Have 'Disqualified Herself' with Email Scandal, House Dem Says

A House Democrat thinks that Hillary Clinton’s e-mail server scandal has the potential to ruin her political career.

“I think if she intentionally misled or lied to the American people and did something that was clearly against the rules, and knowingly did it against the rules, if that is the ultimate conclusion, then I think she has disqualified herself,” Representative John Yarmuth (D., Ky.) told a local political reporter. Yarmuth endorsed then-Senator Barack Obama in his 2008 presidential bid against Clinton. “I’m not saying she is more divisive,” he said at the time. “[But] she is less capable of bridging the gap in the country.”

Clinton denied ever violating the rules about how to handle classified material in March. “I did not e-mail any classified material to anyone on my e-mail,” she told reporters. “There is no classified material.”

This guy turned his failure on 'Shark Tank' into a $28 million investment from Richard Branson

In September 2013, Jamie Siminoff went on ABC's "Shark Tank" in hopes of raising $700,000 for his company, DoorBot. He thought it was worth $7 million.

His company made a video doorbell that connected to your smartphone, so you could remotely see and talk to the person at the door through your mobile device.

The idea was largely based on the fact that burglars tend to ring the bell before breaking in. With DoorBot, you could see who is at the door and even pretend you're at home when you're not, making it a convenient home-security device.

Siminoff was already making about $1 million in annual sales then, and he had high hopes of getting one of the TV show's "sharks" in as investors of his company.

Censoring the Real Planned Parenthood

After six devastating hidden-camera interviews, the best Planned Parenthood and its top-dollar crisis managers can muster in their defense is to protest that they were "heavily edited."

Of course they were. All video is edited. It's why they call it "produced." Without offering evidence of exculpatory evidence withheld, the charge is as meaningless as Planned Parenthood is evil.

Something else has been heavily edited, in fact so completely edited that virtually nothing remains.

Have you seen any of this Planned Parenthood video — any of the six separate videos — on the news?

Since the Planned Parenthood house of horrors videos first emerged several weeks ago, ABC, CBS, and NBC have devoted 23.5 minutes to the story on their morning and evening news shows. By contrast, the killing of Cecil the Lion in Zimbabwe by an American dentist has spurred 97.5 minutes of coverage on those same shows. (And we're not counting another 45 minutes of "20/20" and "Nightline" coverage on ABC.)

The death of one lion is four times more important than the revelation that Planned Parenthood is selling body parts of aborted babies, sometimes unbeknownst even to their mothers.

The Banking Oligarchs

Can anyone stop the overweening lunacy of the banking oligarchs? No more than anyone can stop pythons from devouring rabbits at play. Our bankers are not honorable. They are not farsighted. And they have set in motion forces that no human effort can avert. Moreover they long ago formed a deathly co-op with history's most deplorable criminal element – the state. This has given them a free pass to indulge in ugly asset corpulence and hideous irresponsibility. It has hidden the true state of their criminality from realization by good men and women. The banking oligarchs and the power they have over us today are the result of a long train of poisonous ideas descending upon the American republic over the past 120 years.

It began with the coming of socialism to Europe and its Fabian migration to America at the turn of the century. Capitalism, the Fabians preached, is the root of all evil with its insistence on gold as money. Its freedom is no longer possible in the modern world. It brings to mankind uncontrollable booms and busts and horrific poverty. There is no cure for capitalism. It must be burnt at the stake of its egregious altar – free banking. Free banking is responsible for wild cycles, and gold stifles productivity when needed. Only by centralizing the great network of free banks that capitalism creates and shifting from rigid gold money to flexible paper money can abundance and stability be brought to modern life. Thus was ushered in America's reign of "easy money" with the inception of the Federal Reserve in 1913.

Students Lead Demonstration In Ocean City For D.C. Statehood

OCEAN CITY — The beach and Boardwalk became unlikely locations for a peaceful demonstration for statehood for the District of Columbia on Wednesday afternoon.

A couple dozen members of DisruptDC, a new student advocacy organization calling for statehood and everything that implies for Washington, D.C. The organization set up camp on the beach at 1st Street and handed out fliers and literature explaining the cause to anyone who would listen. Some members of the group also took to the crowded Boardwalk under the banner of a D.C. flag decorated with its “Taxation without Representation” message.

District of Columbia voters have already approved a referendum calling for the creation of a new state called New Columbia, although federal lawmakers have not approved it.

The DisruptDC organization is taking the message to anyone who will listen, including residents and visitors to Ocean City on Wednesday afternoon. Spokesman Dan Lewis said the group did not intend to disrupt the daily activity on the beach and Boardwalk, but merely wanted to teach and raise awareness about the inequities for D.C. residents.

The result: CAT stock has recently tumbled to levels last seen in 2011. And judging by its monthly retail sales data it is going much, much lower.

The reason: the second great depression which for industrial bellwether CAT started in December 2012 and has since resulted in 32 consecutive months of declining global retail sales and over a year longer than the decline observed during the great financial crisis, refuses to go away.

Twenty Four Arrests Made As Police Dismantle A Drug Distribution Operation On The Eastern Shore

A cooperative cross-jurisdictional and multi-county drug investigation has led to twenty four arrests with more expected as police dismantle a drug trafficking organization they believe was responsible for the distribution of heroin and a variety of other drugs throughout the Upper Shore region.

The Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division and the Eastern Upper Shore Drug Task Forces conducted Operation “Look Out” from July 15, 2015 through August 20, 2015 . The drug enforcement initiative yielded 926 marijuana plants, 919 grams of marijuana, more than 20 grams of heroin, 185 grams of cocaine, over 500 MDMA (ecstasy pills), 5 vehicles, almost $23,000.00 in drug related cash and 50 guns, to include one RPG (Rocket Propelled Grenade Launcher). The illegal drugs recovered have a street value of almost $13 million dollars.

Operation “Look Out” is an initiative among police agencies in Caroline County, Queen Anne’s County, Talbot County and Kent County. During the investigation, task force members worked with community members to identify persons involved in the distribution of controlled dangerous substances and drug users.

During the course of Operation “Look Out”, the following individuals were arrested for various violations of controlled dangerous substances with felonies and misdemeanor violations.

William Newcomb, 51, of Chestertown, MD was arrested for possession with the intent to distribute heroin and possession of heroin. He was held on $15,000.00 bond.

Lehman's Gift To Jeb Bush For Funneling Pension Money

At this point, it almost feels like kicking someone while he’s down. Jeb Bush can’t even stand up to Donald Trump, let alone his own growing series of scandals.

In the latest revelation from David Sirota and team at International Business Daily, we learn that:

For Florida taxpayers, the move by the administration of then-Gov. Jeb Bush to forge a relationship with Lehman Brothers would ultimately prove disastrous. Transactions in 2005 and 2006 put the Wall Street investment bank in charge of some $250 million worth of pension funds for Florida cops, teachers and firefighters. Lehman would capture more than $5 million in fees on these deals, while gaining additional contracts to manage another $1.2 billion of Florida’s money. Then, in the fall of 2008, Lehman collapsed into bankruptcy, leaving Florida facing up to $1 billion in losses.

But for Jeb Bush personally, his enduring relationship with Lehman would prove lucrative. In 2007, just as he left office, Bush secured a job as a Lehman consultant for $1.3 million a year, Bloomberg reported.

Sarah Palin: Trump’s Immigration Plan ‘Puts America First’

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has not only expressed her admiration for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump in recent weeks, but now she's praising his immigration policy, according to Politico.

"The immigration plan of his — especially the wall, that’s common sense — it’s a real shot in the arm to constitutionalists and conservatives who want America to be put first," Palin told Greta Van Susteren on Tuesday on Fox News' "On the Record."

Trump has announced that if he wins the White House, he would consider Palin for his administration, however, according to Politico, Palin avoided the question on whether or not she would officially endorse Trump.

Pope Francis: ‘Whoever Will Not Work Should Not Eat’

In his weekly Angelus message Wednesday, Pope Francis praised the value of hard work and a willingness to do one’s part for the common good rather than freeloading off society.

Citing Saint Paul, Francis said that “anyone unwilling to work should not eat” and added that being called a hard worker is the highest form of praise for a “serious, honest person.”

To call someone a worker, the Pope said, means that he is a member of the community who does his part and doesn’t “live off others.”

Work, he noted, “is needed to support one’s family, raise children and ensure a decent life to loved ones.” This habit of hard work, he added, is learned in the home, from one’s parents who support their family and in this way contribute to the common good.

Robin Williams' kids ask judge to toss wife's estate claims

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — In the latest court filing in the ongoing battle over Robin Williams' estate, the late actor's children say his wife is trying to increase her share of his estate at their expense.

Zachary, Zelda and Cody Williams are asking a judge to dismiss a petition filed by Susan Williams.

The December 2014 petition asked the court to exclude the contents of the Tiburon home that she shared with Williams from the jewelry, memorabilia and other items Williams said the children should have.

The children in their Aug. 14 filing say the estate's trustees have determined the division of all of Williams' personal property, and those decisions are final. They accuse Susan Williams of holding on to property that is theirs.

Arrest leads to underwater tunnel across US-Mexico border

CALEXICO, Calif. — The arrest of a drug smuggler in scuba gear led to the discovery of a tunnel from Mexico that's partially underwater and ends in a canal.

Evelio Padilla pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court in San Diego to one count of possession of drugs with intent to distribute.

Border Patrol agents said in court documents that they discovered a soaked Padilla in a wetsuit next to the All-American Canal, about 7 miles east of Calexico, California, on April 25. Near him, they found a breathing tank with a "rebreather" to prevent surface bubbles, and several vacuum-sealed and giftwrapped packages that held a total of 55 pounds of cocaine.

Captain's Cove In Virginia Continues To Scam The Elderly

It's been quite some time since I've written anything about Captain's Cove but I recently received another call of yet another scam in that location.

Back in the 1970's they sold building lots there to people who planned on retiring there one day. For many years while the lots remained empty they were subjected to pay a minimal fee, (something like $40.00) a year for a homeowners association fee.

Today that fee is now $900.00 a year. Now we all know expenses have gone up and I'm cool with that. HOWEVER, there are some people who bought lots only to find out the state will NOT allow them to build on those lots as they are considered wetlands.

This particular individual is in their 80's and have been bullied for the past few years by the association to pay their fees. Now they are going so far as to sending these vulnerable people to collection agencies, even though they cannot build on their lot and were sold swamp land in Virginia.

The States Attorney's Office in Accomac Virginia refuse to hear their plea for help, even though this Family have tried to simply GIVE their lot back to the County/Development for FREE.

Now they are receiving certified letters and constant calls from collection people. WHEN is our Federal Government going to start protecting the elderly? In my opinion this is FRAUD and if Captain's Cover had any decency they'd allow ALL of the people who's property has been eliminated from any structure on that property to be relieved of the land and or responsibility towards any association fees.

We will try to keep you posted of their progress as they will now hire an attorney and sue them since purchasing the land in the 1970's and have paid these fees since then.

Hillary Should Be Getting Trumped And Dumped-On By The Media…Not Trump

Two interesting things have happened in American politics over the past week involving the Democrat and Republican front runners for the 2016 presidential race. The troubling news about Democrat Darling frontrunner Hillary Clinton is being virtually buried by America’s liberal mainstream media . . . as they go to town thrashing, teasing and tearing apart Republican frontrunner Donald Trump.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations, which investigates crime in America and “corrupt government officials,” seized the private email server Hillary Clinton chose to use—instead of the official government email system—during her tenure as Secretary of State. Clinton admitted deleting 30,000 of these emails that she deemed were personal. In other words, Clinton and her cronies have erased the server of evidence. But do they realize the FBI has unparalleled technology to recover the deleted data?

If this wasn’t cause enough for alarm, the FBI also obtained a thumb drive containing email from Clinton’s lawyer David Kendall. A separate investigation conducted by the Government Accountability Office concluded that of the OTHER 30,000 emails Clinton CHOSE not to delete, at least four contained top secret national security information. Lesson here is that Clinton should not have used her personal email to send them.

Local Government Larceny

Many local municipalities experience budgetary pressure. Rather than raise taxes or cut services in response, things that are often politically unpalatable, they turn to law enforcement and courts to make up the difference in tickets and fines. Some can also increase the number of finable offenses and stiffen the penalties.

Officers, already disproportionately deployed and arrayed in so-called "high-crime" neighborhoods — invariably poor and minority neighborhoods — are then charged with doing the dirty work. The increase in sheer numbers of interactions creates friction with targeted populations and ups the odds that individual biases will be introduced.

Without fail, something eventually goes horribly wrong.

We look at the end interaction, examining the officers for bias and the suspect for threatening behavior, rather than looking at the systems that necessitated the interactions. – New York Times, Aug. 9, 2015

Charles Blow, the New York Times columnist we quote today, is no libertarian. Nonetheless, he points to an important issue libertarians should consider.

Ocean City Ups Electrical Permit Minimum By 117%; Change A Result Of Building Fee Review

OCEAN CITY – Following further analysis of the permit process and man-hours involved with mechanical and electrical permits, the Mayor and City Council voted to raise the fee to a minimum of $65.

During the fiscal year 2016 budget discussion, the Mayor and City Council requested a review of the permit fee structure in the Building Department. Currently, the stand alone permit fee for electrical and mechanical permits is $30.

In July, Chief Building Official Kevin Brown came before the Mayor and City Council requesting an increase in permit fees. At that time, he explained based on administrative costs and staff time needed to process and issue permits the fee should be increased to a minimum of $45 if not more.

Thank God Its Friday 8-21-15

What will you be doing this weekend?

Following the Supreme Court's illogical logic, this actually makes sense

A day at the marriage license bureau

''Good morning. We want to apply for a marriage license."

“Names?," said the clerk.

"Tim and Jim Jones."

"Jones? Are you related? I do see a resemblance."

"Yes, we're brothers."

"Brothers? You can't get married."

"Why not? Aren't you giving marriage licenses to same gender couples?"

"Yes, thousands. But we haven't had any siblings. That's incest!"

"Incest?" No, we are not gay."
"Not gay? Then why do you want to get married?"

"For the financial benefits, of course. And we do love each other. Besides, we don't have any other prospects."

"But we're issuing marriage licenses to gay and lesbian couples who've claimed they'd been denied equal protection under the law.
If you are not gay, you can get married to a woman."
"Wait a minute. A gay man has the same right to marry a woman as I have. But just because I'm straight doesn't mean I want to marry a woman. I want to marry Jim."

"And I want to marry Tim. Are you gonna discriminate against us just because we are not gay?"

"All right, all right. I'll give you your license. Next!"

"Hi. We are here to get married."
"Names?"

"John Smith, Jane James, Robert Green, and June Johnson."

"Who wants to marry whom?"

"We all want to marry each other."
"But there are four of you!"

"That's right. You see, we're all bisexual. I love Jane and Robert, Jane loves me and June, June loves Robert and Jane,
and Robert loves June and me. All of us getting married together is the only way that we can express our sexual preferences in a marital relationship."

"But we've only been granting licenses to gay and lesbian couples."

"So you're discriminating against bisexuals?"

"No, it's just that, well, the traditional idea of marriage is that it's just for couples."

"Since when are you standing on tradition?"

"Well, I mean, you have to draw the line somewhere."
"Who says? There's no logical reason to limit marriage to couples. The more the better.

Besides, we demand our rights! The mayor says the constitution guarantees equal protection under the law. Give us a marriage license!"

"All right, all right. Next."

"Hello, I'd like a marriage license."

"In what names?"

"David Anderson."

"And the other man?"

"That's all. I want to marry myself."

"Marry yourself? What the hell do you mean?"
"Well, my psychiatrist says I have a dual personality, so I want to marry the two together. Maybe I can file a joint income-tax return."

"That does it!? I quit! You people are making a mockery of marriage!

(Don't laugh, it's just a matter of time)
