4 Signs Someone Is Lying To You

It's usually pretty easy to tell when someone is lying to your face, but some people are skilled at hiding their deceptions. Earlier this year, a UCLA psychology professor researched the matter and established some unintentional patterns liars tend to submit to.

Oil Boom Raises Rents In ND, Pushes Seniors Out

WILLISTON, N.D. — After living all of her 82 years in the same community, Lois Sinness left her hometown this month, crying and towing a U-Haul packed with her every possession.
She didn't want to go, but the rent on her $700-a-month apartment was going up almost threefold because of heightened demand for housing generated by North Dakota's oil bonanza. Other seniors in her complex and across the western part of the state are in the same predicament.

Fed Report Gives 50/50 Chance To New Recession In Early 2012

First Human Heart Stem Cell Trial Shows Promise

(Updated) For the first time, doctors were able to improve heart function and reverse tissue damage in heart failure patients, using stem cells taken from the patients' own heart tissue.
Experts hailed the findings, which were simultaneously published on Monday in the journal The
Lancet and presented at the American Heart Association's annual meeting in Orlando, as potentially groundbreaking. "Every once in a while there's a landmark study in medicine," Dr. Josh Hare, chief of cardiology and director of the Interdisciplinary Stem Cell Institute at University of Miami, told ABC News. "I think this is a landmark in medicine. It reaches the level of when the first heart transplant was done."

Deciding The Right Amount To Tip

Since the beginning of time — or at least the beginning of the movie Reservoir Dogs — people have debated the proper amount to tip. There are no hard and fast rules for how much you need to tip for various services, and it comes down to a matter of personal preferences as they relate to social customs. Few people really like paying more than they need to be, or to be viewed as a cheapskate, so everyone walks a fine line when deciding how much to leave.

Why Gold Should Set New Highs For The Holidays

http://www.caseyresearch.com/editorial.php?page=articles/why-gold-should-set-new-highs-holidays&ppref=TBP422ED1111B

Most gold followers know the metal has a seasonal tendency to perform better in the fall and winter than in the spring and summer. Indeed, since 2001, the annual high for the gold price has occurred after Labor Day every year except two (2006 and 2008). Further, that peak was hit in November or December in seven of the last ten years.

So, are we destined for new highs in the gold price between now and New Year’s Eve? And what about gold stocks?

Amid Talk Of Curbing Tax Breaks, Congress Creates A New One

Despite all the talk in Washington about the need to eliminate tax preferences, credits and deductions, the Senate voted just last week to create a new one, and the House is expected to follow suit this week.

Everyone from President Obama's fiscal commission to Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry, the governor of Texas, wants to get rid of them, or at least limit them.

Edit Draft Ron Paul: "It Is Estimated That US Banks Have Over A Trillion Dollars Tied Up At-Risk With German And French Banks"

European Debt Crisis Threatens the Dollar

The global economic situation is becoming more dire every day. Approximately half of all US banks have significant exposure to the debt crisis in Europe. Much more dangerous for the US taxpayer is the dollar's status as reserve currency for the world, and the US Federal Reserve's status as the lender of last resort. As we've learned in recent disclosures, this has not only benefitted companies like AIG, the auto industry and various US banks, but multiple foreign central banks as they have run into trouble. Nothing has been solved, however, by offering up the productivity of Americans as a sacrificial lamb. Greece is set to be the first domino to fall in the string of European economies at risk. Rather than learning from Greece's terrible example of an over-consuming public sector and drowning private sector, what is more likely from our politicians is an eventual bailout of European investors.

The US has a relatively small exposure to overwhelmed Greek banks, but much larger economies in Europe are set to follow and that will have serious implications for US banks. Greece is technically small enough to bail out. Italy is not. Germany is not. France is not. It is estimated that US banks have over a trillion dollars tied up in at-risk German and French banks. Because the urge to paper over the debt with more credit is so strong, the collapse of the Euro is imminent. Will the Fed be held responsible if the Euro brings the US dollar down with it?

The most disingenuous aspect of the narrative about the European sovereign debt crisis is that entire economies will collapse if more resources are not bilked from productive people around the world. This is untrue. Tough times are coming for the banks, to be sure, but free people always find a way back to prosperity if the politicians leave them alone. Communities within Greece are coming together and forming barter systems because they know the Euro is becoming unstable. Greeks are learning how to engage in commerce with each other, without the use of fiat currency controlled by central banks. In other words, they are rediscovering what money really is, and they are trading with each other in ways that cannot be controlled, manipulated, squandered, inflated away and generally ruined by corrupt bankers and the politicians that enable them. Farmers will still grow food, mechanics will still fix cars, people will still make things and exchange them with each other. No banker, no politician can stop that by destroying one medium of exchange. People will find or create another medium of exchange.

FWBs Over 40

I've been thinking a lot lately about “friends with benefits”. Young adults are marrying later in life, which should be better for the divorce rate but may not be. Men and women are shying away from serious emotional commitments, choosing instead to have casual sex with supposedly no strings attached.

It sounds like a great idea in theory. In practical terms, it has some serious flaws. The biggest flaw is that being physically close with another person releases hormones that promote emotional closeness.

Congress Must IMMEDIATELY Pass HR 1148: The "Stop Trading On Congressional Knowledge" Act

Update: we have learned that the current iteration of HR 682 is HR 1148 [7], it's purpose is "To prohibit commodities and securities trading based on nonpublic information relating to Congress, to require additional reporting by Members and employees of Congress of securities transactions, and for other purposes" sponsored by Tim Waltz, and as of June 1 was... referred to the Subcommittee on the Constitution.

Following yesterday's 60 Minutes grotesque special [8]which finally exposed to the general public what most experts in the industry have known for many years, namely that the bulk of "profits" for Congressmen (at a fixed $174,000 salary [9] for the current year) and Senators are made courtesy of perfectly legal insider trading, it is time to ask the logical next question: how is it possible that the US system of checks and balances has failed so spectacularly, as to allow a glaringly illegal activity for everyone else to proceed and to generate multi-million dollar windfalls for congressional and senatorial critters? It would be perfectly understandable if some very righteous anger accompanies said question. Well, as it turns out, some, very few, Congressmen have a conscience and do believe in operating within the confines of the law, and 2 years ago proposed HR 682: Stop Trading On Congressional Knowledge Act. HR 682 [10], sponsored by Rep. Brian Baird, has a purpose "To prohibit securities and commodities trading based on nonpublic information relating to Congress, and to require additional reporting by Members and employees of Congress of securities transaction, and for other purposes." Wonder why you have never heard of HR 682, aside from the obvious: that Congress would never vote in a law to cut off this massive illegal form of funding for itself: "This bill never became law [11]." Well, duh.

One Day After Attending Private Economic Crisis Briefing, GOP Financial Services Chairman Bet On Stocks Tanking

CBS News’ 60 Minutes aired a report last night alleging that several members of Congress have traded stock using information they received during private briefings or meetings, enabling them to profit from inside information. By far the most damning story was about House Financial Services Chairman Spencer Bachus (R-AL), who in 2008, the day after receiving a private briefing from the nation’s chief economic officials on the extent of the financial crisis, proceeded to bet that the stock market would tank:

Government By Force: Financially And Conceptually Bankrupt

Our system of government erases personal responsibility and replaces it with personal irresponsibility. As government reaches its limits, caused by its inefficiencies, unhappiness and misery increase. The pendulum at some point will swing back.

A major shift in the way we do many things awaits us: the return of personal responsibility. This shift will, when it happens, qualify as a new mega-trend. When enough people become dissatisfied with their lives and understand the role of government in causing their dissatisfaction, this shift will gain momentum.

Government in its current form, forced upon us rather than being by subscription or voluntarily chosen, exemplifies where we now stand. Its failures foreshadow the opposite direction in which we will be headed.

It's Recall Time For Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker

In late September, Democratic pollster Paul Maslin met with staffers from the Democratic Party of Wisconsin in a bright conference room with a view of the state Capitol in Madison. He sensed disappointment in the room. That summer, the party had forced recall elections for six Republican state senators but unseated just two of them—one short of retaking control of the majority. Maslin's reason for visiting was to discuss his new poll for a different recall effort, one targeting the most controversial man in Wisconsin: Republican Gov. Scott Walker.

White House Email: Energy Secretary Chu Must Go 'As Soon As Possible' - ABC News

New internal White House emails reveal that a scathing critique of Energy Secretary Steven Chu by a former Obama political advisor was widely circulated at the highest levels of the administration.

The Feb. 25, 2011 email that sparked the deliberations landed on West Wing desks just as the solar energy firm Solyndra was starting to show outward signs of financial trouble. It was sent by Dan Carol, a former Obama campaign staffer and clean energy advocate who was described by Obama's then-Chief of Staff Pete Rouse as someone whose views "reflect the President's general philosophy on energy policy."

Carol's four-page proposal to restructure the Energy Department included the blunt recommendation that Chu be fired, and that his leadership team also be replaced, calling it time for "serious changes, even if they are uncomfortable to make."

Study: Women Who Exercise Every Day Are Less Depressed

20%

Percent lower risk of depression among women who exercised 90 min. or more a day, compared with those who did less than 10 min. a day, according to a study of nearly 50,000 women who were surveyed from 1992 to 2006 as part of the U.S. Nurses' Health Study. The study also found an association between TV watching and depression: women who watched at least 3 hrs. of TV a day were 13% more likely to be diagnosed with depression than those who hardly ever tuned in, but at least part of that link could be attributed to women using time they could be exercising to sit in front of the tube instead.

Editor's Note -I exercise daily and truly enjoy it. Exercise really does make you feel mentally and physically alive.

STATEMENT FROM GOVERNOR MARTIN O’MALLEY ON THE SUPREME COURT’S REVIEW OF THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT

ANNAPOLIS, MD (November 14, 2011) – Governor Martin O’Malley today issued the following statement on the Supreme Court’s review of the Affordable Care Act:

“In Maryland, over the past five years, we have expanded health care coverage to 290,000 previously uninsured Marylanders, 135,000 of them children. And thanks to President Obama’s leadership, the Affordable Care Act would save our State nearly $830 million over the next 10 years and provide coverage to nearly 400,000 Marylanders.

“We welcome the Supreme Court’s decision to consider the challenges to the Affordable Care Act. The Court should uphold the law, and achieving certainty will be of benefit to states’ implementation efforts. In the meantime, it is the law of the land, and we will continue our work to ensure that our State is on track to have an operational health benefit exchange by 2014 and prepared to bring the full benefits of health care reform to all Marylanders.”

Emirates and Boeing Co. valued the unexpectedly large deal for an extended range version of the 777-300 at $18 billion — the total by list price — though the carrier is unlikely to pay that much. Airlines typically negotiate big discounts, especially when buying in bulk.

Mainstream Media's Conspiracy Against Ron Paul

Was the fact that Ron Paul received only 30 seconds of talk time in the CBS/National Journal debate on Saturday night planned that way?

A smoking gun in the form of a CBS email has emerged to suggest just that. Infowars reports:

...an email inadvertently sent to Michelle Bachmann’s campaign clearly indicates that certain candidates were given less air time as a result of a deliberate CBS policy.

When a CBS staffer referenced how Bachmann’s campaign had made representatives available for an after-debate webshow, CBS News political analyst John Dickerson responded by saying, “Okay let’s keep it loose though since she’s not going to get many questions and she’s nearly off the charts in the hopes that we can get someone else.”

Dickerson’s admission that CBS had deliberately ensured Bachmann was “not going to get many questions” during the debate indicated “a planned effort to limit questions to Michele Bachmann at tonight’s CBS/National Journal Debate,” the Bachmann campaign said in a statement.

Obviously, that policy of limiting air time to certain candidates was also applied to Congressman Ron Paul, despite the fact that he has consistently won straw polls and proven himself as a top tier candidate in national polls.

Here is Ron Paul's 90 seconds of debate time:

Secrets Of Soros, Obama, Occupy And MSM, Part 1

While Occupy protesters continue to rant in select cities around the country, I'm wondering who is shadier: corporate Wall Street or corporate media?

Of course, there's no surprise or secret in saying that the mainstream media, or MSM, is biased. But have you noticed the particularly intense acceleration and force of progressive MSM news reports in the last decade? How fair is that accelerated bias for most trusting and unsuspecting Americans, young or old?

Gone are the days when broadcasters like Walter Cronkite attempted to convey objective and unbiased news. Propaganda seems to be at the heart of most national news. Passions, preferences and political persuasions permeate nearly all the news. Opine is ubiquitous and obvious by reporters' facial expressions alone.

Like many of you, my wife, Gena, and I are avid watchers of the local, national and global news. Though we have our own preferences, we try to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the big issues. But we feel for other hard-working people (including homemakers) who don't have the time to read and research like we do. For quite some time, if I have wanted to obtain the "complete news," I often have to go to multiple sources.

As reported by NewsBusters, consider in a single day last week how the MSM angled their reporting in ways to manipulate public opinion and align it with their corporate media (supporters) bias, which ironically (or maybe not so) parallels White House prejudice.

NYT Comes Pretty Damn Close To Reporting That Obama and Geithner May Have Known Each Other When They Were Children In Asia

Whoa! It's buried deep in an NYT profile of the Geithner-Obama relationship, but check this out:

Born two weeks apart in August 1961, the president and Mr. Geithner each spent childhood years in Asia because each had a parent working for the Ford Foundation on overseas development.
As I have reported many times, I suspect Geithner's father is/was high level CIA and used the Ford Foundation as cover to travel Asia.

What NYT fails to mention is that Geithner's father was in charge of microfinance in Asia for the Ford Foundation and the Obama's mother ran microfinance for the Ford Foundation in Indonesia. In other words, Geithner's father was the boss of Obama's mother. This is what I wrote in March. 2009:

Geithner's father, Peter Geithner, was head of the Ford Foundation's Asia grant making for a period in the early 1980s, including micro finance grants. He traveled and lived throughout Asia--which to me smells like a perfect CIA cover.

Obama's mother Ann Dunham-Soetoro developed the micro-finance program in Indonesia.

Which Candidate Was Right About Iraq?

Of all the candidates running for the Republican nomination, only one was right – if not prescient – about the big foreign policy issue of the day, namely, the war in Iraq. I speak of course of Congressman Ron Paul. The whole world now knows, as even the CIA has admitted, that the war was based on a lie; there never were any "weapons of mass destruction" that threatened the U.S.; Saddam Hussein, as evil as he was, posed no threat to America; and he had nothing whatsoever to do with 9/11. Bin Laden in fact hated Hussein because Iraq was a secular society.

Nor does the neocon chant that the terrorists attacked on 9/11 because "they hate our freedoms" make any sense at all. America was much freer decades ago before it became the fascist police state that it is today, and there were no terrorist attacks back then. The truth is that it is the neocons, with their PATRIOT Act, threats to suspend Habeas Corpus (and even the internet), warrantless wiretaps, internet censorship and spying, and their chant that "9/11 changed everything!" (translation: the hell with the Constitution) who are the real enemies of American freedom.

Congressional Insider Trading Gone Wild

Back in May we penned, "Why A Hedge Fund Comprised Of Junior Congressional Democrats Should Outperform The Market By 9 [4]%" in which the simple conclusion was that insider trading is not only rampant in Congress, but completely unregulated, as it is perfectly legal for Congressional staffers to trade at their leisure on inside information: an exemption which the beta chasing 2 and 20 crowd on Wall Street would sell their first through fifth born to be granted, now that their glaring inability to generate alpha is laid out for all to see. Tonight we were happy to see that 60 Minutes has finally brought this gross and criminal injustice to the general public, and we expect that Congress will promptly legislate itself into actually complying with laws meant for the mere mortals out there. That said, we fully commiserate with the pathological excrement that makes up House of Representative these days: it is indeed a sad day when a Congressional member has to rely on honest work to make their millions as opposed to perfectly legal trading on inside information predicated upon laws that these very congress men and women legislate. Something tells us all the world's banana republics are just staring at the US with sheer and utter amazement as layer after layer of the unprecedented depravity of American society is exposed for all to see.

I'm not surprised to learn that such technology exists. It uses your IP address and finds the exact location of any Internet user in seconds,
using a sophisticated time based algorithm to do so. Try it and find your PRECISE location on the earth, then watch your screen as the system briefly analyzes your data and then displays your PRECISE location. Your location will pop up in a new window within seconds.

Absolutely amazing technology.

How Influential Is Salisbury News Over The Daily Times?

It seems like all of the Main Stream Media outlets are taking turns following stories Salisbury News has produced first. The difference between us is, IF we get a story from them we make sure we credit them. I'd bet the farm the DT's won't credit us for any story.

Last week we did two pieces on Kuhn's and other businesses getting in the spirit of revitalizing the Downtown Plaza. Well, look at this. The images above are of one of the photographers from the Daily Times taking pictures of one of the residences we showed you last week.

I guess between the Daily Times and WBOC pretty much copying whatever we do some might say that's a complement. Perhaps it is. In the mean time I'll leave it up to our readers to decide just who they think is Delmarva's News Leader.

You know the old saying, if you can't beat them, join them. Thanks for the complement Joe Carmean and Greg Bassett.

Congress: Trading Stock On Inside Information?

(CBS News) Washington, D.C. is a town that runs on inside information - but should our elected officials be able to use that information to pad their own pockets? As Steve Kroft reports, members of Congress and their aides have regular access to powerful political intelligence, and many have made well-timed stock market trades in the very industries they regulate. For now, the practice is perfectly legal, but some say it's time for the law to change.

Correction Or Clarification Requested

Mr. Albero,

I write this to ask for a correction, or at least a clarification, that I was wrong concerning my assertion that there was “no mention of the name of who signed the agreement…” for the City to provide off-duty uniformed police officers for Black Friday security at Wal-Mart. I was not wrong.

As I noted in my press release, “Council was not given a name as to who signed the agreement, but was told it was signed by a ‘manager.’” The police department representative did not state the name of who signed the agreement.

Ms. Sarah Lake of the Daily Times is correct that Mr. Muir Boda of Wal-Mart was mentioned in the work session – twice, not several times, that I can hear on the audio – as a result my reading of the memorandum from Chief Duncan. However, the memorandum from the chief states that “Mr. Muir Boda of Wal-Mart has expressed an interest…” and “A copy of this MOU was provided to Mr. Boda for review in the hopes that Wal-Mart will adopt policies similar to those adopted by the Center.”

(I attach a copy of the memo and the email council received by Council. I do not see in either document where it states that Mr. Boda would be signing the agreement, as Ms. Lake asserts in her article. An assumption is not the same as a fact.)

At that point, my only understanding of Mr. Boda’s involvement was that he made the request on behalf of Wal-Mart and took the paperwork for review -- review by whom, I can’t asertain from the memo. In my experience with corporations, including many Fortune 500 companies, the person doing the legwork to get a partnership or project going is not necessarily the person who signs the legal paperwork. In my position as an account manager, I often negotiated terms to go into a contract, but was not the person who was authorized to sign it.

While the administration knew the name of the person who actually signed the agreement in the police representative’s hand, I did not because the Council did not get to actually see the agreement with a Wal-Mart personnel signature on it. As noted above, I did not make the assumption that it was Mr. Boda who signed the agreement.

It doesn’t matter who the person signing is, as long as that person has the authority to make a legally binding agreement. The Council has no way of knowing who the person is who is legally authorized to do so without confirmation through the city attorney and/or a corporate document. It was an issue with the Centre at Salisbury.

While the confusion is understandable, the Mayor’s accusation re: any prejudice against Mr. Boda remains baseless and offensive, especially since I cannot recall ever having had so much as a cross word with Mr. Boda, the election was very cordial, and my track record shows that I do not allow personal feelings, positve or negative, to enter into the business decisions I make for the City.

The Council simply asked that the agreement be vetted through the city attorney, just as other agreements are. The administration should have completed the processing of the agreement with our legal department before coming to Council. This is another example of why Council needs access to the city attorney.

This episode could have been simply chalked up to a misunderstanding had the Mayor not made false accusations and the Daily Times had not been quick to do what appears to be little more than a “hit” piece.

Anyone who wishes to hear the brief discussion for themselves can go to the City Website at http://www.ci.salisbury.md.us/ and click on the link for the 11-7-11 work session. The discussion begins about nine minutes into the audio.

Thank you for your consideration of this information.

PUBLISHERS NOTES: This is the very difference between Salisbury News and The Daily Times. When, (and if) we are wrong we will make good on it.

The Daily Times - In For A Penny

Salisbury’s newspaper, the Daily Times, has decided that they would rather lie than admit an error. Given an opportunity to correct that mistake, they would rather compound that error with additional lies. Why not? Daily Times publisher Greg Bassett seems to believe that they are beyond criticism or action.

Sadly, any community the size of Salisbury should have a daily newspaper, readers are acting. They are choosing to cease being customers of a paper they can’t trust and seeking their local news from other sources, including SBYNews. Some recent actions by the staff and management of the Daily Times shed a bright light on why readers continue to abandon their local newspaper.

On Thursday, the DT published a story – “Black Friday Security in Jeopardy”. In its original form, the third paragraph read:

A memorandum of understanding -- modeled after an agreement forged with The Centre at Salisbury mall for similar services -- was signed by Muir Boda, asset protection coordinator for the Salisbury Walmart, and forwarded to the council for consideration.”

It was pointed to the management of the paper that this was not true. In fact, reporter Sarah Lake was at the meeting and KNEW that it wasn’t true. Rather than correct their mistake by publishing a correction in Friday’s paper, they simply went behind the readers’ backs and changed Lake’s lie (in the online edition) to read:

“A memorandum of understanding -- modeled after an agreement forged with The Centre at Salisbury mall for similar services -- would be signed by Muir Boda, asset protection coordinator for the Salisbury Walmart, and forwarded to the council for consideration, according to a memo from Police Chief Barbara Duncan.”

This corrected version is accurate. It also proves the bias of Lake and the DT by keeping a quote from Mayor Jim Ireton which is not true. This is a stock-in-trade device of the DT; wrap a lie in quotes and claim that they have fulfilled their journalistic responsibility. They also can’t claim, as they have in the past, of being unable to point out known factual errors because they did point out an error made by councilwoman Terry Cohen:

Cohen also said there was no mention of the name of who signed the agreement and the mayor's accusations regarding the council's actions being politically motivated are baseless and offensive.

However, a recording available on the city's website reveals that Cohen mentioned Boda several times throughout the initial conversation regarding the MOU, at this week's work session. Visit www.ci.salisbury.md.us.

Cohen was wrong. Boda’s name was mentioned and he was also mentioned in SPD chief Barbara Duncan’s memo. Lake pointed it out, as she should. Ireton makes a statement to Lake, it’s not true. Lake knows that it isn’t true. Yet, there is not correction of Ireton’s misstatement (OK, it’s really a lie).

This brings us to Sunday’s newspaper. Bassett runs a piece by councilwoman Debbie Campbell acknowledging Lake’s (and the DT’s) collusion with Ireton and councilwoman Laura Mitchell in attacking Campbell, Cohen, and councilman Tim Spies. They preface Campbell’s piece with the following “note”:

Editor’s Note: The following is an opinion submission from Salisbury City Councilwoman Deborah Campbell. As part of routine city beat coverage, the reporter Campbell criticizes attended a Nov. 8 public meeting regarding the ongoing city charter petition effort; no “collusion” occurred. Mayor Jim Ireton’s comments were part of a news release sent to all local media outlets. The Daily Times stands by its Nov. 10 story and all subsequent reporting on the matter.

As shown above, they DON’T stand by their story. Like a thief in the night, they changed the story on their online edition without printing a correction. Sarah Lake wrote a provable lie. This wasn’t a quote from Ireton; that comes later in the article. Ireton’s quote was a lie too; one that Lake was unwilling to acknowledge because of her collusion with Ireton.

The management of the Daily Times claims that Lake took part in a “public meeting regarding the ongoing city charter petition effort; no ‘collusion’ occurred. Again, the DT compounds one lie with another. This was not a public meeting. It was an invitation-only strategy session at the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce. The attendees were a group of people who are working together in opposition to Campbell, Cohen, and Spies (the charter change is only their latest guise). One of those attendees was DT reporter, and assistant editor, Sarah Lake. Her role was to provide the political group with a “nice, flattering, front page article”. She fulfilled her obligation well.

It was also interesting that the DT stripped Campbell’s article, billed as op-ed but really far more accurate than any “news” Lake has written recently, from their online edition. As readers flee the biased, less than accurate coverage of the Daily Times, I can only guess that they didn’t want those people to read how badly the DT allowed this one to be bungled.

Even if one does not accept the notion that lying is morally wrong, it remains a poor course of action. One lie, or more in the case of Lake and the Daily Times, begets more lies as you try to cover up the initial ones. However, the DT continues to struggle against a tsunami of biased and outright false coverage of city news. I can only conclude that they are going to continue to compound error upon error, lie upon lie, in the hopes that this issue will go away. It won’t. Sadly, until the DT’s management realizes this they will continue to lose readers as a growing number of citizens refuse to lay down their hard earned money for a paper which they can neither trust, nor respect.
